Coaching is coordinated with counselors and administrators. We become an extension of the schools behavioral health team to ensure students show up, engage, and build lasting skills.

Schools receive brief progress summaries that inform supports without adding paperwork, benefitting the student and their education team throughout the school day and school year.

We work with coaches who share identities with the students they serve. Students can pick the coach that’s right for them, ensuring the best fit for each young person.
