OpenSeat partners with schools to offer students 1:1 coaching from a diverse pool of trained and supervised social-emotional coaches. This allows schools to extend their capacity to serve more students who need it. Students are able to see a coach with 24 hours hours of referral without additional steps or hurdles for the school, student, or caregivers.
By providing schools, and their students, access to our diverse team of coaches, we help schools drive more equitable outcomes in GPA, attendance, discipline outcomes (e.g. suspensions), and retention for all students.
Additionally, we can support schools by sharing anonymized trends from student engagement with our coaches - helping schools more proactively address school-wide trends.
